What you'll do
- Architect reusable component libraries used across customer projects
- Profile and optimize React render performance, bundle size, and Core Web Vitals
- Drive testing strategy: unit, integration, and visual regression coverage
- Mentor on React patterns, server components, and modern data-fetching idioms
What you bring
- 4+ years dedicated React experience, ideally with Next.js 13+
- Deep knowledge of React rendering model, Suspense, and server components
- Production experience with Tailwind CSS or design-token systems
- Bonus: familiarity with motion libraries (GSAP/Motion) and animation perf
