Yes. Email hello@mantiqi.com with the subject "DATA EMERGENCY" and a short description (which database / file system, what you did, what happened) and we triage within 4 hours during Saudi business hours, longer outside. Don't run further commands against the affected system in the meantime — most data-recovery jobs get harder when somebody well-meaning attempts a fix first.
