Default: Azure KSA region (Saudi Arabia data centers in Riyadh — generally available since 2024). Best fit for clients with NCA ECC / SAMA data-residency requirements or existing Microsoft estate. AWS Bahrain (me-south-1) is a strong second, particularly for clients with existing AWS workloads. STC cloud / SCK we deploy on for clients with explicit Saudi-sovereign requirements. We pick per workload, not per slogan.
