Digital Automation
Intelligent workflow automation using Make.com, Power Automate, and custom scripts — eliminating manual processes, connecting your business tools, and accelerating digital transformation.
Why this matters
Every Saudi mid-market business has 20+ SaaS tools and a finance / operations team copy-pasting between them all day. The fix is rarely "buy enterprise iPaaS" — that's six-figure software for problems a 50-step Make.com scenario solves in an afternoon. Mantiqi builds the right-sized automation: small enough that you can debug it without us, robust enough to survive vendor API changes, and observable enough that you know when something silently failed instead of finding out a week later from an angry customer.
What We Deliver
How we deliver
- 01
Process audit + automation candidates
Week 1Half-day workshop with the operations / ops-ops team, mapping the workflows that consume the most manual effort. We rank candidates by hours-saved-per-week × build-effort, and pick the 3-5 to build first.
- Process inventory + ranked candidate list
- Tool / API connectivity check
- Build-effort estimates per workflow
- Quick-wins shortlist (build this week)
- 02
Build + instrument
Weeks 2–4Workflows ship in batches. Default platform: Make.com for SaaS-to-SaaS, Power Automate for Microsoft-heavy environments, n8n self-hosted for high-volume or data-residency-sensitive flows. Custom Node / Python only when the no-code option genuinely doesn't fit. Every workflow gets error alerting and a retry-with-dead-letter queue.
- Production workflows on chosen platform
- Per-workflow error alerting + dead-letter handling
- Documented runbook per workflow
- Cost-per-run dashboard
- 03
Operations handover
Weeks 4–5Train the operations team to own the workflows: how to read the audit log, how to safely modify scenarios, how to add new ones for similar use cases. The goal is a self-sufficient team, not a long-term dependency on us.
- Ops team training (3-5 sessions)
- Workflow modification playbook
- Self-service onboarding for new automations
- Documented escalation criteria
- 04
Iterate + expand
OngoingQuarterly review of new candidates, ongoing maintenance as vendor APIs change, and incremental expansion as the team finds new uses. Most clients reach 30-60 automated workflows within a year, saving 15-40 hours of manual work per week.
- Quarterly candidate review
- Vendor-API change monitoring
- New-workflow build sprints
- Annual ROI report
Frequently asked questions
Make.com is our default for general SaaS-to-SaaS automation: best mix of features, price, and visual debuggability. Power Automate when the client is Microsoft-heavy (Dataverse / D365 / Teams workflows benefit from native integration). n8n self-hosted when data residency, cost-at-scale, or complex branching matter. Zapier for the simplest cases (we usually upgrade to Make if more than 5 workflows). We pick per environment, not per fashion.

Free automation candidates audit
Send us a short description of your team's most painful weekly manual processes. We'll send back a written audit ranking the top 5 by hours-saved-per-week × build-effort, with rough estimates and recommended platform per workflow.
Initial workflow batch (5-10 automations) typically scopes at SAR 35,000–80,000 depending on integration complexity. Per-workflow add-ons SAR 5,000–15,000. Managed-automation tier (monitoring, vendor-change patching, new-workflow sprints) from SAR 7,000 / mo.
