How we engage with Jeddah clients.
Our headquarters is on the 3rd floor of the Abonami Building, Al Baladyah Street, in the Aziziyah district of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. We host discovery workshops and steering meetings on-site for nearby clients, and run remote sprints with daily standups for delivery work.
From our Jeddah HQ we deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and Power Platform), Odoo ERP with full Saudi Labour Law and GOSI compliance, ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing integration, AI agents and conversational AI in Arabic and English, DevOps with in-Kingdom data residency, and custom .NET / mobile applications. Discovery workshops are usually in person; build phases run remote with on-site UAT and cutover.
Yes. From the Jeddah HQ we deliver across Riyadh, the Eastern Province (Dammam / Khobar / Dhahran), Makkah, Madinah, and the wider GCC (UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman). Travel for kick-off and cutover phases is built into the engagement plan.
Discovery workshops typically begin 1–2 weeks after we agree the scope. Fixed-fee discovery is usually a 1-week engagement; full implementations start 2–6 weeks after discovery sign-off, depending on the platform (Odoo is fastest, Dynamics 365 with custom plugins is longest).
Yes. For clients with NCA / SAMA / SDAIA data-residency obligations we deploy to Saudi-hosted infrastructure, including for Odoo. Microsoft's first Saudi cloud region (Saudi Arabia East, Eastern Province) is scheduled to open in November 2026, and we plan Microsoft workloads around it. The data-residency plan is documented in the discovery deliverables and included in the contract.
Yes. We are a Microsoft Solutions Partner with Business Applications designation, and we deliver Odoo implementations across HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing modules. Both partnerships are active and active under the founders' direct oversight.
