    Automation build

    Weeks 3–8

    Build platform depends on scale: Make.com / Power Automate for SMB (under 1000 process runs/day), n8n self-hosted for larger volumes or data-residency, custom on top of Camunda / Temporal for genuinely complex orchestration. Approval chains, escalation rules, and audit trails are first-class concerns — not retrofitted later.

    Document + e-sign integration

    Weeks 6–10

    Most enterprise processes need documents (PO, contract, offer letter, NDA) generated mid-flow. We integrate with DocuSign / Adobe Sign / national e-sign providers (Saudi Aramco's Tameeni, mada digital signatures), generate templated documents from process data, and route them for signature without leaving the workflow.

Practical line: Digital Automation is for connecting tools and automating individual workflows (sync this to that, post a notification when X happens). BPA is for multi-step business processes that span departments and have approval chains — HR onboarding, procurement, finance approvals, contract management. Most clients start with Digital Automation, hit the ceiling, and then come back for BPA when individual workflows aren't enough to fix the cross-department coordination problem.
