Most "digital transformation" engagements deliver a 200-page strategy deck, an org-chart change, and a one-year program nobody implements. Mantiqi's view: transformation is what happens when specific business processes get measurably faster, cheaper, or smarter — not when consultants leave PowerPoint behind. Our engagements pick 3–5 high-value processes, build the actual replacement systems (Odoo, D365, AI agents, ZATCA, custom), measure the before/after, and stack wins instead of waiting for a single big-bang launch that never happens.     Digital readiness audit

    Weeks 1–3

    We sit with your leadership team for two days, walk every department through their actual workflow, and produce a written readiness scorecard ranking processes by transformation ROI. You leave with concrete recommendations, not a strategy framework.

  2. 02

    Foundation build

    Months 2–4

    We build the platform foundations the rest of the program depends on — typically cloud infrastructure (Azure KSA / AWS Bahrain), identity (Entra ID / Okta), data warehouse, and API gateway. Future projects ship faster because this layer is there.

  3. 03

    Process replacements (parallel)

    Months 3–9

    The top-ranked processes from the audit get replaced with new systems running in parallel with legacy. Each replacement is its own scoped engagement — Odoo for finance, D365 for sales, AI agent for customer support, ZATCA for invoicing — measured against the baseline you set in week 1.

  4. 04

    Internal capability handover

    Month 9 onwards

    Our goal is to make Mantiqi optional. We embed alongside your team, document everything, and gradually shift ownership — typically to a 6–10 person internal digital team — so 18 months in, you're running transformation on your own with us on call for hard problems.

Frequently asked questions

Two main differences: (1) we ship working systems, not strategy decks — every milestone is something measurable in production, not a deliverable that gets reviewed; (2) the people writing the strategy are the same people writing the code that implements it, so nothing falls through the strategy-to-execution gap. We're typically 1/3 to 1/2 the cost as a result.
