Does Mantiqi have an office in Riyadh?

Accepted Answer

Not yet — a physical Riyadh office is planned. Today we deliver into Riyadh from our Jeddah headquarters, with on-site kick-off workshops, UAT sessions, and cutover meetings held in Riyadh. The vast majority of build work runs remote with daily Teams standups, which is the same delivery model we use for Jeddah-based clients.

Can you deliver projects to Riyadh-based clients from Jeddah?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and we already do. Domestic flights between Jeddah and Riyadh take ~1.5 hours, which means we can be on-site within a day for any milestone meeting. Travel days for discovery, UAT, and cutover are built into every Riyadh engagement plan; build sprints run remote so there's no per-day premium for travel.

Do you support Saudi data-residency in the Azure KSA Riyadh region?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Microsoft's Azure KSA region runs out of Riyadh and Jeddah data centers and has been generally available since 2024. For Riyadh clients with NCA / SAMA / SDAIA obligations we deploy Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 tenants into the KSA region by default. Odoo and custom workloads are deployed on Saudi-hosted infrastructure with documented data-residency.

Which services are most relevant for Riyadh-based enterprises?

Accepted Answer

Government and Vision 2030 programme work is concentrated in Riyadh, so Dynamics 365 (Customer Service, Case Management, Real-Time Marketing) and Power Platform custom apps are the most common asks. Large Riyadh retailers and banks typically need ZATCA Phase 2 integration and AI agents for customer service and call summarisation. Mid-market Riyadh businesses tend toward Odoo ERP.

How does pricing differ between Riyadh and Jeddah engagements?

It doesn't. Our fixed-fee scopes and managed-services rates are the same regardless of which city the client sits in. Travel for milestone sessions is included in the scope, not billed separately — we built that into our pricing model from the outset.

We're in the planning stages and haven't committed to a date publicly yet. In the meantime, every Riyadh engagement runs the same way our Jeddah ones do — on-site for milestones, remote for build sprints, with the same SLAs and the same delivery team.
